Tossed Salad with Yam & Carrot Cole Slaw

I'm trying to make an effort to eat greens from our garden at least once a week. The other day I made Carrot Yam Coleslaw with a mixed garden greens salad. Then took some old pizza dough sprinkled it with olive oil salt pepper and dill with a side of tahini for dippin.

Super mint
She called this true mint I called it super mint because these stems and leaves were so big and juicy green.

Washing
I picked a bit too much. So much I spent 45 min at the sink and still didn't wash or use it all.

Romain Lettuce, Cilantro, Arugula, Mint, Lemon Basil?, Chives
Not sure what the lemon smelling leaf was but it smelled and tasted good.

Tossed Salad, red pepper, garlic, Romain Lettuce, Cilantro, Arugula, Mint, Lemon Basil?, Chives .. tossed in a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Yam & Carrot Cole Slaw with Pumpkin flax seed granola , Apple sauce ,raisins , and Lemon Basil ?

I've had yam coleslaw a few times and always thought to myself i could make this at home. today i found 2 yams in my fridge and decided to give it a try. I just looked up some recipes online and pieced together my own version with what I had around the kitchen. I think the applesauce and granola made it too sweet to be as healthy as it could have been. But again it still tasted great.
